Face-to-face training is what you need. And what you need is someone to motivate you, to diversify your training sessions, to teach you how to exercise correctly, and most of all to help you achieve your goal.

You describe your needs to me and I listen and take care of the rest in order to reach your dream goal together with you. In a group, it is much more difficult to master the technique of exercising and the Instructor is often unable to correct each person, or to check the work of muscles and follow each move of every single participant. During the meeting, I carry out an assessment and write down your goals. We talk about your health issues and medicines you take. Then you specify your goal and we ATTAIN it together.
